How long will my order take to arrive?
Each product is a time-limited edition and made to order. Each print is made to order. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production and shipping. As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow every step of its journey.
What are the dispatch policies?
For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW), items up to 42cm on the long edge (A3 size) are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.
For the US, anything larger than 12"x16" will be sent in a tube. This policy helps ensure that items are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.
What paper and canvas do you use?
- Giclée Fine Art Paper Prints: Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 308gsm — a textured, matte fine art paper known for its depth, warmth, and museum-grade longevity. It’s the gold standard for fine art prints.
- Canvas Editions: Hahnemühle Cézanne Canvas, 430gsm — 100% cotton with a finely woven surface and zero optical brighteners. Deep blacks, crisp detail, and matte brilliance. Archival. Acid- and lignin-free.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Your order should arrive ahead of Christmas. While we can't offer an absolute guarantee, we operate on a best endeavours basis and we cannot refund orders that do not. Our delivery partners are reliable and fast and deliver within a week to most countries. Orders placed up until 12th December should arrive pre-Christmas.
What's the policy on return?
My work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your order is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
What if my order gets damaged in transit?
If your order gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.
How long will this print be available for?
Only during the drop window:
Early access hour- December 1 at 11:11 a.m. CST to 12:11 CST.
Public drop- December 2 through December 8 at midnight.
Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
No, orders cannot be changed once they are placed. Please double check before completing your order that
- Your shipping and billing addresses are correct, as these cannot be updated afterwards.
- You have selected the exact print you want, since the print cannot be changed once processed.
- You have chosen the correct version framed or unframed, as this cannot be altered after purchase.
